A 24-hour livestream for mental health
I’m honoured to be taking part in a powerful 24‑hour event created by the incredible Kim Stokes, centred on redefining what self‑kindness truly means. Not as an occasional treat or a moment of escape, but as a daily foundation for how we show up in our lives, our work, and our relationships.
Kim has brought together an inspiring line‑up of voices — conversations that are thoughtful, honest, and not to be missed. Each one explores a different facet of self‑kindness, offering perspectives that are both grounding and transformative.
This event is not only timely and deeply needed, but it also supports Mind, a charity doing vital work in mental health. I’m grateful to be part of this meaningful conversation, and I’ll be speaking during the event, with replays available for anyone who wants to revisit the sessions.
The ripple effect of this work is already unfolding, and I’m excited to contribute to it.

Midweek Exhale
Some weeks, Wednesday arrives and I realise I haven’t taken a proper breath. Not a deep one. Not a grounding one. Not one that reminds me I’m human before I’m anything else.
So starting this May — during Mental Health Awareness Month — I’m introducing something new:
Midweek Exhale.
A short, gentle moment delivered straight to your inbox every Wednesday. A tiny pause in the middle of the noise. A reminder that you’re allowed to stop, breathe, and come back to yourself.
Nothing long. Nothing heavy. Just a breath you didn’t know you needed.
Each Midweek Exhale is created to help you feel a little more human, a little less alone, and a lot more held, seen and heard.

Group Coaching Programme: Live Life with Your Lid Off
Are you ready to lift the lids that hold you back? This four session group coaching programme is designed to help you explore the barriers we place on ourselves—whether it’s guilt, people-pleasing, overwhelm, or the weight of expectations.
Together, we'll dive deep into the way we talk to ourselves and how we can cultivate a more compassionate, grace-filled response to our own needs and limits. We’ll explore emotions like guilt and anger, uncover how they shape our relationships, and discover how joy can ripple into every aspect of life—especially the relationship we have with ourselves.
By the end of these sessions, you’ll gain a clearer understanding of your personal joy, how to lean into it, and what truly makes a difference for you. This is a safe space to be open and vulnerable, knowing you are fully supported and championed.
All sessions will be recorded, so you’ll have access to them for life.

The National Educational Show 2026
Joy as a Language and Strategy – Creating Classroom Culture
I'm thrilled to be back speaking at the National Education Show. Joy isn’t just a feeling — it’s a language children understand and a strategy that shapes how they feel, behave and belong.
In this seminar, we’ll explore how emotions, gratitude circles, Joy Journals and playful connection games can transform classroom culture. You’ll learn how slowing down, weaving rest into the rhythm of the day and creating moments of emotional safety help children exhale, feel grounded and thrive.
With 20 years of teaching experience and the lens of a Joy Coach, I’ll share how ordinary practices unlock extraordinary relationships and rewards — turning joy into both the language of belonging and the strategy for success.
Educators will leave with simple, ready‑to‑use practices that build trust, confidence and connection in the classroom.
Date: 2rd October 2026
